Prints and email were the most popular ways guests received and shared their cards, demonstrating the value of offering both a physical souvenir and an instantly shareable digital version.

Audience analytics also showed strong engagement across Hotel X’s key adult demographics, with the largest participation coming from guests between the ages of 12–31 and 32–51.
